Glad to have you onboard! I am also in the Atlanta area and I can suggest a good doctor on the north side of the city. She would work with you with the thyroid thing, she takes care of my hypo issues and seems to really enjoy that part of the endo world. Send me a message and I will get you her info. I also may have some suggestions about your current symptoms since I had swelling and edema too and it took almost 2 years to get a diagnosis. Now I am doing fine, minimal pain, no more swelling.
