I was having trouble with the transmitter and thought it was malfunctioning. After back and forth calls with Medtronics, I discovered that the charger wasn’t giving the tranmitter a full charge. They sent me a new one at no charge in less than 24 hours.
Good thing that it was still under warranty! If something bad is going to happen to that thing, its best if it’s before your 6 month warranty is up. I’m waiting for mine to finally puter out. I’m going on 16 months for mine. Still going strong…for now. LOL
i had problems with my charger after 2 months… whenever i put on or took the transmitter off, lights would start blinking and stay on, even after i replaced the battery.
