I've been testing the ibgstar for a while as I'm possibly thinking about giving my son the tester with an ipod touch (so that he can easily send me readings from school using the school wifi access). Ideally while he is young (and we have primary responsibility) I would like the reading to be automatically sent once it is taken by the ibgstar. This would be really really helpful. I contacted sanofi with the suggestion but no luck so far. Does anyone know if this would be a difficult thing to do with an app upgrade (or perhaps have a more persuasive way of suggesting to the company). I think The potential value of having a reading being sent automatically (via data package or wifi intially but also possibly using sms as a back up) has a big big potential in real time assistance.
