Hi All-

When my son was diagnosed, we received a concise, clear document that illustrated the symptoms of hypo and hyperglycemia. This sheet has been great for passing on to family members, teachers and caregivers. I’ve always wanted a printable copy of it and was never able to find it online… until today. I think it’s a good tool for education and wanted to make sure it was easy to find for all. I’ve attached a copy here and also posted a copy at my posterous blog.
