It’s a lot of exercise but I need some fun. It’s unusually hot so I’m taking water with electrolytes in a thermos and some glucose. There’s a snack after a few hours. I’ve done it without incident so no big deal. Somehow I’m good at dancing. Maybe it’ll become a thing for my old age.

Blood worked out. I felt hungry before leaving the hour, blood sugar was 110 and steady. I ate a slice of pizza, this pizza seems to not require much insulin until later. I took no insulin and my blood sugar went up just a little and settled back at 110. That was great but think how easily I could have not eaten and struggled with lows. That’s scary.
