I have been a type 1 diabetic for over 20 years… I am suppose to be switching from muliple daily shots to the revel pump. But it seems like my insurance ( medicaid) is taking its time approving me. Its been 2 weeks all ready and all i have heard from Minimed is account pending. Does anyone kno how long it takes to get approved???
Mine was pretty much right when the paperework was submitted. Perhaps they are still waiting for paperwork from your doctor?
Perhaps your state has a backlog of things requested from Medicaid? Medicaid misfiled the application? Does Medtronic have any info on why the State has the application pending?
I am very impatient about these types of things and I would be quite agitated by 2 weeks
