Oh honey I done all that too but now after finding this site it made me want to take care of myself and also I had my family, then my kids, then my grandkids that I want to see grown. Don’t let the things your mom did or didn’t do stop you from doing it. When I took Type 1 back in 73 there was no way to check your bs you done a urine test that was more than likely wrong and now look at what’s out there! I’m really amazed at what has come along in the last 20 years! My oldest daughter is also a Type 1 w/3 small childern of her own! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
