Started this program (again...) and having good luck so far. Residual BG benefits are great. Might have to find a different way to keep the pump from jumping around during the workout. I decided that my pre-workout fuel would be a small amount of lean protein (couple slices of turkey lunch meat) combined with a couple of crackers. Haven't had any workout lows and finish within target range. The only thing I keep watch over is overnight BGs as they may tend to fall lower than planned after having done Insanity.
Any others out there using this program?
