If this legislation passes in Nevada, it could mushroom into something big throughout the US. Could it lead to some relief in insulin pricing? Let’s hope so!!

I do not see how it will stand up in the current environment of the US supreme court. Just my personal opinion
Vermont already has a form of this. Certainly not the same but VT did not take it so far as to invite Court challenges.
“Go Big” carries significant risk with it.
