Pumps are definitely a very personal thing. As previously stated, I highly recommend having the reps out so you can see, touch, and ā€˜button pushā€™ all the pumps.

I picked the MM Paradigm and have been very happy with it thus far(I have had it for 7 months so far). The decision came down to simplicity. I hated all the button pushing involved with the Animas, the scrolling required to input the amount of insulin required, and although it sounds minorā€¦the lack of a back button! Basically, it came down to how fast I could do things. The only time I touch my pump is to bolus, or run temp basals(for the most part). The MM just had fewer steps involved and was more to the point.

Now I will say. The remote on the Ping is tempting! I know the MM has a ā€˜remoteā€™ but itā€™s function is not near as nice as the Pingā€™s remote. I wouldnā€™t mind not having to pull my pump out everytime to bolus.

Really, they are all nice, and it just goes down to your personal opinion!
