Well my usual run consists of 30 mins covering 4 miles. Pffffft today I could barely do half that.
Is it normal for after a few weeks off from regular exercise your fitness to drop so significantly?
Guess I should just press on until I’m back to my “peak” fitness. Well thats what I’m calling it anyway…
