Have you seen this? A judge has ordered Medicare must cover a CGM for a T1D patient. If this works, it would be a ground breaking event.

It looks like the District Court remanded the appeal back to CMS and the ALJ Level 3 process was repeated. If I am reading between the lines correctly, the patient will still face another MAC decision. If the MAC rules against her, the patient can then appeal to US District Court (again!).
