My daughter is on the pump and her novalog is crystalizing. How can we try to prevent this from happening?
How warm is it? How long has she been in the heat?
I ask because I use NovoLog in my pump. I’ve recently gone on a 6 hour fishing trip in sunny 85 degree weather, and didn’t have my insulin crystalizing. It also never seemed less potent (in fact I had a ton of lows).

I have never used them though, so I can’t say anything about how well they work.
