Abbott Diabetes Care has developed this set of very short stories to explain diabetes and diabetes care to preschoolers and early readers (some parental help may be needed). It’s cute and short, and the product placement (the glucometer in “Eddie Gets Sick” looks like a Freestyle Lite) is not named or labeled per se.
