Type II, swim 3 - 4 times a week for 60 minutes. I do water walking for 15 - 20 minutes, pilates for water workouts and then swim laps the rest of the time. But with all exercise routines, they get boring after a while, and I have been doing this for about 4 years. I need something to jump start it again or at least mix it up. Does anyone have other information or ideas than what I’ve found on the net? Would be happy to share anything I get.
