Low Carb Crepes!

Hi all!

I found this recipe online for ultra low carb crepes. I haven’t tried it out yet, but I plan to really soon…like tonight!

3/4 cup water
3 eggs
1/2T Bob’s Mill Organic coconut flour
1/4 salt
(mix all)

Coat pan with oil of choice (I plan to use coconut), heat, add 3T of mixture at a time, move pan around so mixture becomes a thin layer, heat till golden brown (don’t flip)!

I’ll try this out and let you all know how it tastes/works. I’ve been really missing my wraps since I’ve been testing out the low-carb way of eating, so I’m hoping these turn out strong enough to hold the fillings I plan to wrap them up with!
