My wife made low carb spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. The following day my son runs 16 miles for some crazy reason. He comes in from his run and pulls out the spaghetti and dishes up about 3 servings and microwaves it. Im looking at him as he pulls it out and starts eating it like a starving junk yard dog. In between bites he says," I have to replace my carbs. I need like 200 carbs"
I walk away not saying anything knowing he is only getting about 65 carbs.
I love my (Tinkyada brown rice) spaghetti; just never found a good excuse for eating it. Bon appetit!
