Two things just to clearify:
-Stephen Ponders book teaches you how to get full use of your CGM wheteher you excercise or not, mainly by having a dynamic approach and using predictive alarms and proactive corrections.
-It is possible to find a somewhat “fixed solution” to your workout if you do your workout at the same time, same day etc. I have read about another member here (could it be @acidrock23?) who runs and he has found a solution that most times is a perfect fit for his usual run. But he has to answer this himself. I´m just saying it´s somewhat possible.
