Hey guys,
I’m wondering if anyone has actually seen this supposed beta app? I got the e-mail saying I was accepted into the beta test a couple of weeks ago and followed all the steps to get the app, but when I got to the last step (registering my device through TestFlight), there was no app for me
(I have a somewhat “old” iPhone 3GS, but I would imagine that’s still supported?!?)
I e-mailed Massive Health about this, but haven’t gotten a response. Has anyone else actually tried the app? Especially anyone with a 3GS?
Hi Jana,
We’re so excited to have you come onboard as a beta tester! Your valuable feedback will be extremely helpful as we work on refining our iPhone app.
We have had beta users with the iPhone 3GS who have managed to successfully download the app, so it shouldn’t be a problem. Could you send us more information about the problem to feedback@massivehealth.com please, I’ll get our engineers to sort it out.
Again, apologies for missing your email, not quite sure what happened.
Please let me know if you have any questions and feel free to contact me at cassandra@massivehealth.com, I look forward to hearing from you!
Warmest regards,
Cassandra
OK, I’ve sent a second e-mail to feedback@massivehealth.com
By the way, if my first e-mail slipped through the cracks, it might be because it was nearly impossible for me to figure out where to direct an e-mail. The beta test e-mail says “Feel free to e-mail us or call us…” but there’s no link behind the “e-mail us” and I couldn’t find any e-mail addresses listed elsewhere in that e-mail or on the website. In the end, I just replied to the beta test invitation e-mail, which seems like it went to Andrew.
Jana
P.S. I see now that the feedback e-mail is listed on the TestFlight registration page, but obviously that’s not a place I thought to look after I’d gone through it once (and nothing seems to be wrong with that part of the process–I’m able to log in to TestFlight just fine).
