Meals I Can Have -- Breakfast

I know this might change as my pancreatic function changes. But I’m going to start keeping track of meals that don’t seem to bother my BG level. For the first, my tried-and-true breakfast:

1.5c Cheerios
1 tsp (maybe less) of honey drizzled on
1/4 cup goat milk (I don’t drink from the bowl)
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 cups coffee
Resulting 2-hour BG: 95

My Weekend Breakfast:
2 eggs, over-easy
1 slice whole-wheat toast
1/2 cup salsa
1 slice American cheese
2 cups coffee
Resulting 2-hour BG: 85
