Might seem odd but just posting to see if anyone has similar issues.
I too had the thyroid issues found at diagnosis of LADA. I have hashimotos. Interestingly, depression is often a symptom of hypothyroidism. Those 3 things often run hand in hand. As for the IBS being better - it is not surprising to me. Although I cannot speak to the IBS, in did discover other things dissipated once on insulin. Ironically, it all made me start thinking more positively about the diagnosis — it became a call ton good health for me. You body was laving thyroid hormone and insulin that all humans need. It makes sense that when you start to give your body those things that were missing other problems straighten out. You’re only a few weeks in. I bet, if you keep your glucose tight, in a few more weeks you are going to realize how much better you feel. I always say didn’t know how bad I felt until I knew what it was like to feel better.
I already feel better. I have energy to play with my girls again. Energy to clean again the house is a WRECK. I had no energy for like4 months buy the end I was going through the motions of living up somewhat to care for the girls and up for work. If it wasn’t for needed to pee every half hour I wouldn’t have moved at all except for the girls and work, I didn’t even want to eat not that at the end I was keeping much down.
