I recently made a fantastic find for insurance plans if you live in California.
Since my job dropped benefits and gave all employees a stipend instead, I had to transition to an assigned risk plan that I had no choice over.
It has increased to $700 per month for next year, and the coverage is lousy.
I got turned on to MRPIP for peeps like us who don't qualify for normal insurance. I applied with 1 page of form and I got approved one week later.
The cost is 500/month and they cover more. 80% of durable equip inc sensors and pump supplies.
It is a state run program, so there is no sales pitch here. Just info for people struggling with insurance.
It is still very expensive but at least I can get insurance!
Any one in california who has no options can at least get it there.
