Patient 1: Last visit I told my CDE that I change my lancet every time I check my blood sugar!
Patient 2: rolls on the floor, laughing. 
Patient 3: Last visit, I just answered ‘yes’ when asked any questions. “Do you take ____ units of insulin everyday without fail?” “Yes.”. " Do you check your blood sugar before meals and bed? " “Yes.”. The doctor seemed quite happy, so it was a good visit.
