Thanks for submitting your request for a replacement Guardian™ Link 3 transmitter for your MiniMed™ 670G system. We are delighted to be able to offer you the enhanced transmitter.

Requests will be shipped in the order they are received once supply becomes available. We anticipate fulfilling your request within 90 to 120 days. We will contact you when your transmitter is ready to ship.

Click here for general recommendations on managing repeated BG requests with your current transmitter. And once you receive your new transmitter, our website has all of the steps that you need to delete your old transmitter and connect your new one to your pump.
