i have the medtronic pump and the meter and pump did talk to each other as i say. but ever since i changed the battery it wont talk to each other. i tried manually entering the meter into the pump again. i tried looking for it, etc. but none of it is working. is there a way i can get the meter to send the sugar levels to my pump again?
If youve removed the meter from your pump profile and resynced, and its still not working, I would call Medtronic.
so should i remove it from the pump and try again? maybe that is the issue?
removed it from the meter and pump and had both synced. now its working correctly
