Mini Fruit

I wish more fruit came in the mini size. The perfect fruit to me right now is the mini banana. It is small but it is not 2 serving sizes like the regular banana. I love fruit but most of it is about 2 servings. I feel like I am almost always looking for the smallest apple while in the store. Oh well I guess I will just have to enjoy more mini bananas!


Bananas are about the most sugary fruit made.

Try these instead. They’re all diabetes friendly.

  1. Strawberries
  2. Raspberries
  3. Blueberries
  4. Papaya (in moderation.)

I found these great little apples once. They are South African Fuji Apples and they don’t wreak havoc on me. I don’t eat bananas, and a slice of papaya now and then is good.
