This year really has been the year of the eyes!
I’m about to start my 3rd course of laser treatment for my Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy and Diabetic Maculopathy in the last 8 months. It’s all a litte frustrating to be honest but these things are sent to try us I guess.
I’m having blood tests for my HBA1c tomorrow but I am a little worried about the results as I have had one thing after another recently, i.e. chest infections, kidney infections and split with my boyfriend, I’m also worrying about mt Dad who is getting on a bit and is currently undergoing tests for cancer, all in all life has been very stressful.
Good luck. I had my “year of the eyes” in 2000 and today find my vision in reasonable shape.
