Mulberry Leaf Extract for post-meal BS

Has anyone tried Mulberry Leaf Extract to control post-meal BS spikes? I heard if you take it before eating that you don’t get a rise in your BS. There are some studies reported by a Dr. Zhong that support its use and I’m interested in what others have found. Would love to try it.

Look, Pro; take it with a grain of salt. If mulberry extract had any affect on blood sugar, we would all know it by now. You wouldn’t have to be asking. Mulberry falls into the same bunk-catagory as cinnamon. Eat all the Mulberry extract you want, and add some cinnamon. That’s it.
