Whew, heavy. I don’t know what to say but I DO know how it hurts when nobody responds to a message put out there.
I sense a lot of defeat. I know what you are going through. Even though I have insurance, it’s not enough. At times, it IS a choice between food and bills and medicine. I’ve tried to get help from all sorts of sources to no avail. I’m either too young (55) or make a little too much money between SSI and pension. It’s a viscious circle and, like you said, a snake eating itself … although I prefer the circle because I hate snakes.
WE need to win in the end. Whatever is best for ourselves. We fight, claw and climb over the obstacles.
Sorry I can’t offer anything concrete. Just empathy.
