I measured my blood sugar just befor diner. It was 86. Pulled out my pump for a bonus and the display is blank. I changed out the battery , same thing. I called medtronics and they will call back in two hours. This is terrible.
TWO hours? why didn't a tech help you right away? was the situation resolved?
We decided the pump just failed. So I called my wonderfull Doctor at home and he called in prescriptions for pens wich I picked up.
Mark, I asked about that, they said because my pump is under warranty I get an exact replacement. Darn it.
2 hours? I can't believe they told you they would have to call you back. I'm also surprised that they said they would send you the exact replacement. I figured if anyone's pump malfunctioned nowadays they would automatically upgrade you to the new pump.
