I HAVE TRIED TO UPLOAD MY ONETOUCH PING INSULIN PUMP TO DIASEND. SO FAR IN THE PAST FOUR MONTHS I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE PUMP. DOES ANYONE ELSE USE MAC IOS 10.8 AS I was told by Diasend that this issue would be solved very soon. It has now been many many months
I’m a fairly regular uploader to the Diasend site. While I use a Mac computer, I have been using my old netbook PC to upload the Ping. I can upload the Dex CGM and my Roche Accu-Chek meter via the Mac. I tried to upload my Ping with the Mac and it didn’t work. I use iOS 10.10.
I wonder what the holdup is. Perhaps they’re getting ready to release a web-based uploader like Dexcom’s Clarity program. That would mean it wouldn’t matter what computer you were using.
I’ve called the Diasend 800 phone number and talked with them in the past. They were helpful. You might try inquiring there.
