Need some starter tips for exercising on insulin

Thanks for posting this so I didn't have too, I had the same ? I'm type II and love to walk and swim. I want to do this everyday, walking or going to the gym if weather doesnt permit so to lose this weight and stay in control. I've just started a low dose of Lantus. I want to get to the point to not have to take med again and have another baby without being a diabetic mom with expensive medical bills like the last time. I want to take of around 80lbs

My blood glucose goes low with exercise, I worry about passing out like I did when I was pregnant. I wonder do I need to eat extra carbs on days I plan to do an hour?
