I use the 100% Whey protein powder from EAS I get at Costco in 6lb bags. I has 23 g protein and 3 g carb per serving and has the following ingredients:

Whey Protein Concentrate (Whey Protein Concentrate, Soy Lecithin), Natural & Artificial Flavors, Whey Protein Isolate, Citric Acid, Acesulfame Potassium, Sucralose, and FD&C Red #40.

I’m not sure what you mean about the “fuzzy brain.”
