So my hubby is turning 60 in April and asked me to go skydiving with him. The most "extreme" thing I've ever done is parasail, so this will definitely be taking it up a notch! I would think it would be a good idea to run my BG around 150-ish beforehand. But I don't know what to expect. How long are you in the plane before you jump? How long before I jump would I be able to check my BG one last time and gulp some juice if I need to? How long are you in the air? Would appreciate any info you can give me to help paint the picture and be prepared!
