Hi Everyone… I’m new to the diabetics community and also trying to conceive. Hopefully with this group I’ll be able to gain some helpful insight. My hubby and I have been trying to conceive for about a year. Was disgnosed with PCOS back in Oct. 2010. Was disgnosed with diabetes on Oct. 4, 2011. What a year this has been.
As of right now was told by my Endo doc to NOT try to have a baby until my A1C numbers are to her liking. I’m currently on Metformin and Victoza. It is very important that I don’t get pregnant while on Victoza. After I’m off the Victoza I’m looking to getting back on track.
Have any of you every taken Victoza?
