I just found out today that Kookie has more than 1 medical condition. She has a heart murmur that means she can’t have any surgery done with general anasthesia. She can’t even be spayed. And those cataracts keep weeping also, which the vet says means they’re still infected even though it’s brown colored tears and she has had the eye condition since I found her. 
An introduction for my dogs: I have three Golden Retrievers, and they are all healthy. However… Aggie at 11 y.o., is becoming quite geriatric, arthritic. Cici at 5 y.o, responsible leader of the pack, is undoubtedly one of the world’s great dogs. Betsy at 3 y.o. will always be a puppy! Aggie was severely depressed for many months following the loss of her “mother”, Gem (tri-colored Smooth Collie), who had adopted Aggie was she was a 4 month old pup. Aggie finally accepted her loss; still at times, she looks in Gem’s old room, just hoping. (Photos of all my recent dogs on My Page.)
At this moment, I have a 10 week old kitten sleeping in front of my keyboard… makes typing difficult! 
We have 3 other cats and two dogs…
