Install the loaded cartridge, follow the prompts, fill the line, that's it.
I inadvertently touched replace cartridge after I had already loaded a new cartridge. I was told just follow the prompts and when you fill the infusion line, you must at least pump 10 units into the line. This would work for a prefilled cartridge as well.
