1. Drink 8-12 cups of water a day (cucumber/mint/ginger/lemon water)
2. Wean off coffee and dairy between now and next Monday
3. Eat high MUFA load (flaxseed, olive oil, walnuts, brazil nuts, olives), as well as o3 (fish oil) and coconut oil.
Master cleanse using no more than 600 calories of lemonade a day for 14-21 days.
4. NO DAIRY, no cheese, no cream, no milk products IN anything for 4 weeks.
5. NO COFFEE or CAFFEINE.
6. Maintain the HGC "steak and apple day" if gain more than 3 pounds in the next three weeks. No breakfast, no lunch, dinner is a big steak and an apple.
7. Sassy water (stupid name) every day, 8 cups a day.
8. 1200-1800 calories a day, give or take based on weight gain/loss.
