Prescription Assistance question

The poor lone gal at my diabetes clinic did all of this already and was near tears the last time I spoke to her. She wont put herself through this again. I most certainly will file another appeal.

Really? Wow. I used syringes for 18 years. I thought pens were a great improvement over syringes and used them for over a year. Pumping is my fav method, but I see nothing convenient in retrospect, about using syringes and vials over pens. Taking all that stuff when eating out, is not my idea of a great method of glucose control. Twisting the knob at the end of a pen, prior to injecting the desired amount, is way nicer. (The preceding was only my opinion)

Sanofi Patient Connection. Problems are they don’t allow patient participation:
Scripts are only delivered to Doctor’s Office. Therefore unless your Dr office is very responsive YOU have to call if your script is there. If not - you can call Sanofi to find out why not.
Refill authorizations FAXED to Dr Office for signature and fax back. If either side screws up - you can call Sanofi to find out why script not ready.
Best to keep back ups in fridge or have some backup plan.
