My dr’s office can no longer get log books as the company is discontinuing making their logbooks for pump users. Anyone know of a good sight for these books?
Depends on which pump you have but most now have software that you can just download the data from. Accu-check has its 360 software and Animas has EzManager. Both of which appear to be compatible with Diasend. I find the software extremely useful to use as it does charts and graphs and math I otherwise couldn’t like Standard Deviation.
Here is a form you can download.
I have attached an Excel spreadsheet that I use to track insulin and blood glucose. You need to edit the header to include your name and phone no. (if you want) and doctor’s info. I print these out and carry so I can fill in as applicable. Let me know if you have any questions.
