Resources to get insulin for someone who cant afford it

hi…i suggested to come here and see what can be helped. i have a friend whose son’s friend is living with them. they live in south carolina. which i have heard isnt the best. he ended up in the ER for high levels. which didnt turn into a DKA. he has neurotophy. he cant afford the insulin he needs due to not having insurance. and i know he needs it. can anyone give me any resources or programs, etc that i can pass onto my friend so she can help him? anything can help for him. i sent him a meter, …
