Question for Raw/Vegan members

im wondering about what supplements are necessary during raw or vegan diet. I am not currently raw, but have been on and off for many years and have experienced things like hair thinning from vitamin deficiencies. i was using liquid kelp for a while which seemed to help but also wondering how i can start this 30 days vegan raw journey (mostly) with great advice on how to do it correctly. thanks! happy new years everyone!!!!!!!!
