Restaurat Week Boston 2012

Here is the menu for tomorrow night's dinner at Market Restaurant in Boston.

Appetizers
Salmon Tartare, Avocado, Spicy Radish and Ginger Dressing
Sweet Pea Soup, Parmesan, Sourdough Croutons
Watermelon and Goat Cheese, Olive Oil and White Pepper

Entrees
Slowly Cooked Salmon, Julienne Vegetables, Basil Vinaigrette
Crispy Chicken with Corn Vinaigrette, Lemongrass and Cilantro
Soy Glazed Short Ribs, Apple-Jalapeño Purée, Rosemary Crumbs

Desserts
Lemon Buttermilk Pudding, Strawberries, Lemongrass Whipped Cream
Chocolate Flan Tart, Candied Cocoa Beans, Fresh Mint Ice Cream
Watermelon Lychee Sorbet, Melon Salad, Mint

So I'm thinking salmon tartare would be a good starter, fairly low carb. I really want the soy glazed ribs but are they truly bolus worthy ? Seems as though the slowly cooked salmon would be a healthier option but the ribs sound exquisite. Not a big fan of dessert any way, but if I'm going to do it then why not do it big - chocolate flan tort all the way.
