So I'm thinking salmon tartare would be a good starter, fairly low carb. I really want the soy glazed ribs but are they truly bolus worthy ? Seems as though the slowly cooked salmon would be a healthier option but the ribs sound exquisite. Not a big fan of dessert any way, but if I'm going to do it then why not do it big - chocolate flan tort all the way.
