@csb49, I understand your moving to another country. I have thought about living in Canada, but at our age with physical handicaps, it would be too difficult for us. We would also be too far from our family in Georgia.
Having a horse sounds great. There was a horse on our little farm while I was growing up, but it was a work horse that my dad used to plow the garden, and for other farm chores.
