A couple of small suggestions, to add to @Terry4’s:

CDA - Diabetes Canada (formerly Canadian Diabetes Association)

Remove the word Digest.

Suggest adding:
BC - bolus calculator / bolus wizard
DIA - duration of insulin action
TX - CGM transmitter
