Last night around 1 a.m. I started falling into the 50's.My low is set at 70. I have set the darn thing to ring at normal, but I only get it to vibrate, it never rings only when doing the "try it" thingy. Only had this thing 3 weeks. I know it's worth a call to customer service but perhaps I'm not setting it right?

Yup, called, they are sending me a new receiver. Kind of maddening since I only got this a few weeks ago!
I know you said you have it set to alarm but click on screen called “alerts” then click on 'Advanced" This is where you make sure the machine continues to alarm you after the amt of minutes you choose.
while your waiting try doing a hard reset.
Put it on the charger for about 15 minutes, then while it is still on the charger find the pin hole in the back. Poke a pin or the end of a paperclip in until it vibrates and restarts. Wait out the 2 hours and then recalibrate. see if that fixes it. if it does than keep it so you have two receivers and can use one to overlap whne you do a sensor change/calibration
