Marilyn, I eat like you do. I actually eat this way largely because of your statements here. I now eat whatever veggies I want, plenty of fruit, and even whole grains. I even cheat a couple meals per week, and my numbers have never been better and I’m using less insulin then I ever have. I have never thanked you, so I’m doing it now. THANK YOU. You helped me get on the right path for me and now I look forward to meals, and I often feel…just a little less diabetic.
