SG value not available? Cgm

Put a new sensor in yesterday evening. After its 2 hour warm-up period, the error said sg value not available. I started turning it off for awhile but the same message kept coming up. I tried looking it up and can’t find any info other than it says to use a tester or call Medtronic. I put a new sensor in this evening and it is still saying the same thing. I’m assuming it is the transmitter, not the sensors. I will be calling Medtronic tomorrow, but I don’t have the thing to test it with. Has anyone else ever experienced this error and if you managed to fix it? I Am 8months pregnant and freaked out I cant get my sensor to work. Just can’t find any info on what it means. Thanks!

Check this link. If this is what you are seeing it’s definitely the transmitter.
