Should I just not eat carbs at all since my blood sugar always rises high?

THANK YOU !! No you cannnot and will not AC , ha, ha :) ...this spandexed laden Speedo suit from the late nineties ( ??)still works !...the right( swollen, lynphodema )arm is in " hiding " ...I am a bit in awe how " upright" I look ; I have osteoporosis in the spine and take weekly meds for the past 5 years ( due to diabetes ??)

I wasn't suggesting carb load, but more like Holgers numbers for carb intake.. This is why I don't like getting involved in the low carber/no carber/moderate carber debate.. Too many people make assumptions.

Saw this guy interviewed, Dr. Life (really)and he does actually look like that! In his 70's I believe.
