Should I see an endocrinologist for a second opinion?

One weird result was after a Dr. Pepper and some fried chicken I had a 73 mg/dL reading, then 15 mins later 95 mg/dL.

I actually ended up getting a referral for an endocrinologist because I have been feeling tired all the time, especially after eating. I can’t tell if it’s my anxiety that I’m prediabetic causing this, but it’s been happening for almost a month now.

Can’t tell if I’m experiencing hyperglycemia (although if my A1C is normal, idk if it’s possible) or reactive hypoglycemia.

Yesterday my fasting glucose upon waking was 78 mg/dL.

If you aren’t going over 130 or under 60

I agree. You can then log your foods, exercise, sleep, etc and note what bg is corresponding to it. Best to log date/time/activity/foods/carbs eaten along with what cgm is showing. This would give doctor a much better guide on path forward.

Highest I’ve seen is 121 so far. But the earliest I measure is 1 hour after.
